Care 4 Cargo is amazing. They took care of us from start to finish and provided us amazing service. We moved from Germany to the US in the “middle” of the Covid pandemic, and without them we would not have been able to so easily arrange the transport of our dog.
They made the transfer of the dog very easy as they met us at the hotel at the airport, rather than forcing us to get a taxi to bring her to the Animal Lounge which is not easily reached by foot.
They followed up with text messages, letting us know that our dog was handed off properly, and was on the plane. They were concerned from beginning to end and requested an update once we collected the dog, to make sure everything went well.
I definitely would use them again should the opportunity ever arise, and would recommend anyone else to do the same.
