Vielen Dank für Transport unser beiden Hunde nach Costa Rica.
Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr selbst den Check-In für die beiden Hunde erledigt haben, haben wir uns in diesem Jahr entschieden das in die Hände von Herr Adloff und seinen Team zulegen.
Vom ersten Kontakt an ein super Service. Schnelle Rückantworten auf unsere Fragen, pünktliche Abholung der Hunde vom Hotel und auch bis zum entgütigen Abflug nach San José super Betreuung unser beiden Hunde.
Ein ganze klare Empfehlung von uns, um mit seinen Hunden zu fliegen. Ist für Hund, Herrchen und Frauchen sehr entspannt.

Care 4 Cargo is amazing. They took care of us from start to finish and provided us amazing service. We moved from Germany to the US in the “middle” of the Covid pandemic, and without them we would not have been able to so easily arrange the transport of our dog.
They made the transfer of the dog very easy as they met us at the hotel at the airport, rather than forcing us to get a taxi to bring her to the Animal Lounge which is not easily reached by foot.
They followed up with text messages, letting us know that our dog was handed off properly, and was on the plane. They were concerned from beginning to end and requested an update once we collected the dog, to make sure everything went well.
I definitely would use them again should the opportunity ever arise, and would recommend anyone else to do the same.

Our experience with Care 4 Cargo was exceptionel from start to finish.

Our dog has arrived in Bangkok last night. She was flown in from Germany.

Everything was handled perfectly from Care4Cargo and it went as smoothly as I possible could have hoped for.

The communication was super fast and Mr Adloff and his team provided an amazing customer support and were super patient despite the countless emails and questions I had in the prior weeks and months 🙂
